Sarah recommends that recent graduates do the following – and explains them each further in the video:

  1. Drink a warm cup of Water with Lemon every morning
  2. Drink plenty of Water throughout the day (as many ounces as you weigh in lbs)
  3. Drink Green Juice, on an empty stomach (try this Recipe)
  4. Avoid Alcohol for at least 3 weeks
  5. Workout 10 Days in a row
  6. Use your Student ID to get a discounted Gym Membership
  7. Do Cardio at least 3-4 days a week
  8. Eat more Fruits and Vegetables
  9. Write down everything that you eat (use these Apps)
  10. Start doing Yoga, and avoid getting stressed out
