Water from 2 young coconuts or 2 cups of any store bought coconut water
4 strawberries thinly sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Mix all ingredients in a jar, chill and serve. The longer the strawberries infuse in the coconut water the stronger the strawberry flavor will be.

Ingredients:
1-2 large bunches of Swiss chard and/or kale
2 stalks of celery
2 green apples sliced to fit into juicer
Place all ingredients in your juicer, alternating between the leafy greens and the apples or celery. The high water content in the apple and celery will help to yield the juice from the leafy greens without clogging your juicer.
